A mandant is an isolated organizational unit within finvantage — for example, a client of a multi-family office. Each mandant has its own data, users and permissions. Data is strictly separated at the application level.

Yes. finvantage offers a REST API with read access through OAuth 2.0 service credentials. Webhooks are planned.

Currently you enter data manually; CSV import and integrations for common banking APIs are planned. Our team helps you migrate existing data.

Yes. There is no minimum contract period. You can cancel your subscription at any time — it remains active until the end of the current billing period. After termination you can request a copy of your data from us.

No. All plans — including Invest and Invest Pro — can be cancelled monthly. The Basis plan is free with no time limit.

finvantage is an information and management platform, not a regulated financial services provider. No BaFin license is required. We apply the measures described on our security page: encryption in transit and at rest, append-only audit logs for account events, and GDPR compliance.
